Marketing Manager

About the role

Sunset Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for two luxury dining venues in Dubai – MOTT 32 and L'AMO Bistro del Mare. The role is hands‑on, venue‑focused and requires deep knowledge of Dubai’s competitive luxury dining landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual marketing strategies and calendars for both brands, aligned with positioning and commercial goals.
• Lead 360° marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, partnerships, CRM, influencer marketing and on‑ground activations.
• Create creative campaigns around new menus, seasonal occasions, brunches, events and other revenue‑driving initiatives.
• Build strategic partnerships with luxury, fashion, lifestyle and premium brands.
• Collaborate with PR, social, creative and digital teams to ensure consistent brand communication.
• Manage influencer, media and content opportunities in partnership with the PR team.
• Drive initiatives to increase footfall, reservations, guest engagement and repeat business.
• Monitor campaign performance, customer insights and competitor activity, using data to optimise initiatives.
• Manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation and measurable ROI.
• Work closely with restaurant operations, chefs and other stakeholders to identify commercial opportunities and create compelling guest experiences.

Required profile

• Minimum 48 months (4 years) of marketing experience, preferably in luxury hospitality or dining.
• Proven ability to lead 360° marketing campaigns and partnerships.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to optimise performance.
• Hands‑on, venue‑focused attitude and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Fluent English communication skills.
