Marketing Manager – K-12 Premium School Segment

About the role

We are seeking a strategic and hands‑on Marketing Manager to lead end‑to‑end marketing for our premium K‑12 school segment in Dubai. The role combines brand building, lead generation, and conversion optimisation across digital and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, enquiries, and enrolments.
• Own the full customer acquisition funnel, identify drop‑off points and improve conversion rates.
• Manage lead‑management processes, CRM integration, and marketing automation workflows.
• Develop and maintain the school’s digital ecosystem, including website performance, UX, and content optimisation.
• Oversee paid media on Google and Meta, track performance, and optimise for ROI.
• Produce analytics dashboards and reports to monitor funnel health and campaign effectiveness.
• Coordinate with Admissions, Operations, IT and external agencies to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Identify partnership opportunities, plan events and community initiatives to boost brand visibility.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of experience in digital and integrated marketing, preferably in the education sector.
• Proven track record of managing multi‑channel campaigns and delivering measurable results.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
