Marketing Manager – Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our real estate marketing function in Dubai. The role combines strategic planning, team leadership, and hands‑on execution of campaigns that drive qualified leads and support sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall real‑estate marketing strategy for off‑plan, secondary‑market and ready‑to‑move‑in properties.
• Lead and manage an in‑house team covering content, social media, design and performance marketing.
• Plan, launch and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, monitoring CPL, ROI and ROAS.
• Manage property listings on portals such as Property Finder, Bayut and other relevant sites.
• Design lead‑generation programmes targeting qualified buyers and investors.
• Coordinate with sales to improve lead allocation, response times and conversion rates.
• Oversee creative production, including property videos, reels and promotional materials.
• Maintain CRM workflows, lead nurturing and marketing automation.
• Track marketing KPIs, produce regular performance reports and refine SOPs.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of UAE real‑estate marketing experience, preferably with a Dubai brokerage.
• Proven hands‑on experience managing a marketing team and assigning work to designers, content creators and performance marketers.
• Strong understanding of off‑plan and secondary‑market real‑estate marketing.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of the full marketing function and deliver results.
