Marketing Officer

About the role

The Marketing Officer will support the Senior Manager Marketing and Branding in planning, executing and monitoring brand initiatives across all channels. The role focuses on driving brand awareness, customer engagement and sales for Asteco’s real‑estate portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating and executing multi‑channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events).
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities, analyse competitors and monitor trends.
• Manage online presence, including website, social media, email marketing and online advertising.
• Create and publish engaging content aligned with brand guidelines.
• Support the organization of events, webinars and promotional activities.
• Monitor, analyse and report campaign performance, providing improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with sales, product and other internal teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Ensure all promotional materials comply with brand identity.
• Assist in managing the marketing budget to maximise ROI.
• Utilise Adobe Suite for design tasks and stay updated on marketing trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
• Minimum 36 months of relevant marketing experience.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Proven organisational, planning and project‑management abilities.
• Effective presentation skills and a self‑motivated, professional attitude.
