Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Marketing Specialist will join the regional marketing team in Dubai, reporting to the Head of MEA Marketing and Communications. This hybrid strategic‑operational position supports lead generation, branding, and event initiatives for Smart Building technologies across the Middle East and Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor lead‑generation campaigns using Pardot and Salesforce.
• Manage digital assets, including social media channels, Google AdWords, and the corporate website via Sitecore.
• Create and maintain regional marketing repositories and support the production of white papers, webinars, videos and animations.
• Coordinate regional events and trade shows, preparing presentations, reports and creative files (Photoshop, HTML, InDesign).
• Develop and distribute global marketing news updates and ensure alignment with daily priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 3‑5 years of experience as a Marketing Specialist or Generalist within a matrix organization in the UAE.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
