MarTech & CRM Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a MarTech & CRM Marketing Specialist to bridge technical execution and business strategy for Huspy’s real‑estate market in the UAE. You will own the development of high‑converting landing pages, design communication journeys and manage end‑to‑end customer and partner lifecycles, enabling our growth, marketing and product teams to scale.

Key responsibilities

• Collect insights and requirements from stakeholders, scope solutions and lead projects from concept through launch.
• Map customer journeys and design communication flows across the sales funnel in collaboration with product and sales teams.
• Plan, execute and optimise CRM marketing campaigns using data‑driven insights, testing, and iteration.
• Develop and maintain high‑performance landing pages and digital assets that drive conversion.
• Report on campaign performance, analyse results and provide actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in MarTech, CRM or marketing automation within a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with growth, marketing and product teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
