MarTech Specialist App Tracking

About the role

MultiBank Group is seeking a detail‑oriented MarTech Solutions Specialist to manage mobile and server‑side tracking and attribution for its FX and Crypto products. The role sits at the intersection of engineering and marketing, ensuring every app install, in‑app event, and user journey is captured accurately and routed to the appropriate downstream systems.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain app tracking on iOS and Android platforms.
• Configure and monitor server‑side tracking based on defined strategies.
• Integrate and manage Mobile Measurement Partners (e.g., Adjust) and analytics tools such as Firebase and Segment.
• Ensure accurate attribution of installs and in‑app events across devices and products.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, data, and engineering teams to align tracking implementations with business goals.
• Validate data quality, troubleshoot discrepancies, and produce regular reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years (36 months) of experience in mobile marketing analytics or MarTech.
• Strong attention to detail and a curiosity for technical problem‑solving.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
• Solution‑oriented mindset with excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
