Mason Foreman – Construction Site Leader

About the role

The Mason Foreman will lead and coordinate the casting and finishing of precast elements on construction sites in Abu Dhabi. This role ensures projects are delivered on schedule, meet quality standards, and comply with safety regulations while supervising masonry crews.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of masonry construction projects, from planning to execution.
• Manage and schedule masonry crews, ensuring adherence to work plans and safety procedures.
• Maintain quality of workmanship and conduct regular inspections.
• Coordinate material and equipment ordering, and manage project budgets.
• Train, mentor and evaluate junior masons and other site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards and report any unsafe conditions.
• Maintain clean and organized work sites and supervise equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate with the General Foreman, maintenance department, and HSE team on site operations.

Required profile

• Diploma in Industrial Engineering or equivalent qualification/experience.
• Higher School Certificate.
• Valid competency and skill‑based certificates related to masonry and safety.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
