About the role

We are seeking a professional Masseuse to join Marriott International’s spa team in Dubai. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality massage and body treatment services to our guests, ensuring comfort, safety and a memorable spa experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide massage services using appropriate props and products.
• Perform body treatments such as scrubs, wraps and hydrotherapy.
• Assess guest needs and check for contraindications before each session.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and treatment room, including sterilising tools and handling linens.
• Promote and sell spa services and retail products.
• Escort guests to and from treatment rooms and monitor their comfort throughout the service.
• Adhere to Marriott’s policies on guest conduct, safety and confidentiality.
• Report accidents, injuries or unsafe conditions and complete required safety training.

Required profile

• Valid licence or certification for massage therapy as required by local regulations.
• Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards.
• Professional appearance and clear, courteous communication.
