About the role
Archirodon Group is launching a major Oil & Gas EPC project in the UAE and is seeking an experienced Material Controller to join the site office team. The role is responsible for managing all material flows, ensuring compliance with ADNOC requirements, and supporting construction activities through effective material handling.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and verify incoming materials against purchase orders, requisitions and delivery notes.
- Ensure proper material identification, tagging and traceability according to ADNOC and project specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of receipts, issues, returns and stock balances.
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, QA/QC and construction teams to guarantee material availability.
- Monitor storage conditions, preservation requirements and conduct regular stock audits.
- Issue materials to construction teams based on approved material request forms.
- Identify and report shortages, damages or non‑conforming items.
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC material control procedures and project specifications.
- Coordinate delivery schedules with vendors and logistics partners.
- Prepare material status reports, stock reports and tracking logs, and support project close‑out activities.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Mechanical, Civil or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 5–8 years of material control, warehouse or logistics experience on Oil & Gas or EPC projects, preferably with ADNOC or major GCC projects.
- Strong knowledge of material management processes, inventory control and warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with construction materials such as piping, mechanical, electrical and civil components.
- Good understanding of material traceability and preservation requirements.
Required skills

- Ability to read and understand material specifications and requisition documents.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and storage standards.
- Strong reporting and documentation skills.
