Mathematics Teacher – September Start

About the role

GEMS FirstPoint School is seeking an outstanding Mathematics Teacher to join its British‑curriculum community in September 2026. The role is based on a modern campus in Dubai and offers the chance to work with a diverse student body representing over 90 nationalities.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high‑quality Mathematics lessons aligned with the British curriculum.
• Plan, prepare, assess and record student progress accurately.
• Create an inclusive classroom environment that fosters curiosity and a love of learning.
• Utilise technology to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
• Contribute to co‑curricular and extra‑curricular programmes and support whole‑school initiatives.
• Communicate regularly with parents, colleagues and external stakeholders.
• Uphold GEMS policies, procedures and core values.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics or a related field.
• At least one month of relevant teaching experience.
• Strong subject knowledge and ability to adapt lessons for diverse learners.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
