MEA Networks for AI: DCN & RIS Sales Specialist

About the role

The MEA Networks for AI: DCN & RIS Sales Specialist will work hybrid, spending about two days per week in an HPE office in Dubai. The role supports local sales teams across the Middle East and Africa by providing deep expertise in data‑center networking (DCN) and routing & switching (RIS) solutions, helping customers align infrastructure investments with AI‑driven business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a sales pipeline for DCN and RIS opportunities across the region.
• Conduct consultative engagements with technical and executive stakeholders to shape solution architectures.
• Collaborate with account teams to qualify, qualify, and close complex networking deals.
• Influence solution design and positioning to differentiate HPE’s portfolio.
• Mentor junior sales and technical colleagues and contribute to best‑practice development.

Required profile

• Advanced individual contributor with recognized authority in data‑center networking and routing solutions.
• Proven ability to solve complex business challenges through deep technical analysis.
• Strong influence on strategic direction across accounts and regions.
• Experience leading cross‑functional virtual teams and providing mentorship.
