MEA Retail Trainer

About the role

As the MEA Regional Retail Trainer, you will design and deliver a comprehensive training programme for retail teams across the Middle East, Africa and selected Asian markets. Based in Dubai, you will work closely with promoters, supervisors and client store staff to boost product knowledge, sales techniques and visual standards, ultimately driving terminal sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and continuously improve a regional retail training system, including curricula, videos and assessment banks.
• Create an online learning library to enable self‑directed training for all country teams.
• Deliver hands‑on training for promoters (product, sales scripts, service standards), supervisors (coaching, store visit standards) and client store staff (brand story, key selling points).
• Design assessment and certification processes, track pass rates and link training outcomes to sales data.
• Provide day‑to‑day online support from the UAE and travel to key markets for centralized sessions as needed.
• Gather market feedback and competitor insights to keep training content current and effective.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Minimum 2 years experience in retail training or terminal sales management, preferably in consumer electronics or home appliances.
• Proven ability to develop courses and deliver training in offline retail environments.
• Comfortable using online training platforms and video‑conferencing tools.

• Data analysis to validate training effectiveness.
