Mechanical Engineering Teacher

About the role

The Mechanical Engineering Teacher will join Albinora Consulting FZE in Abu Dhabi to deliver high‑quality engineering education. Working closely with lead teachers, you will help shape curriculum, assess student progress, and foster a collaborative learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with lead teachers to develop and continuously improve curriculum, teaching methods, and assessment strategies.
• Deliver instruction in at least three of the following streams: machine design & vibrations, mechanical control systems, production engineering, thermo‑power engineering, air‑conditioning and refrigeration, industrial maintenance, and electrical subjects.
• Utilize relevant software tools such as CAD to support practical learning.
• Apply hands‑on industrial experience to enhance classroom instruction and student projects.
• Ensure quality assurance standards are met in all teaching activities.
• Liaise with student counselors, communicate student progress to management, and support student development.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of teaching experience at the post‑secondary level, preferably in the UAE or Middle East.
• At least three years of industry experience as a maintenance engineer or similar role, ideally within the oil & gas sector.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Effective presentation and interpersonal skills.
• IELTS score of 6.5 or higher for non‑native English speakers.
