Mechanical Inspector – Site

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Mechanical Inspector to join our Abu Dhabi site team. The role involves conducting thorough inspections of mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with UAE construction standards and international codes, and supporting successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Perform systematic inspections of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and structural components.
• Prepare accurate inspection reports, analyse findings and recommend corrective actions.
• Supervise mechanical contractors and installation teams to ensure quality and schedule adherence.
• Verify system functionality through testing and commissioning, documenting results and certifications.
• Maintain organized records of inspections, test results and compliance documentation for audit purposes.

Required profile

• Professional experience in mechanical inspection on construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations and international building codes.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with project managers, engineers and other stakeholders.
