About the role

The Media Buyer & Performance Marketing Specialist – Health & Wellness is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You will plan, execute, and optimise media campaigns across digital and traditional channels to drive brand awareness, traffic and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop media strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage media buying and negotiate with platforms and partners.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Analyse data to refine targeting, budget allocation and creative effectiveness.
• Produce regular performance reports and insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing, e‑commerce and brand teams to ensure cohesive campaigns and consistent messaging.

Required profile

• Strong media planning and strategy skills.
• Proficiency in media buying, budget management, platform selection and negotiation.
• Advanced analytical skills to interpret performance data and optimise campaigns.
• Effective communication and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience with performance marketing tools such as Meta Ads, Google Ads and programmatic platforms.
• Background in health, wellness, beauty or related consumer industries is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai and manage multiple campaigns in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment.
