Medical Director – Longevity Hub (Dubai)

About the role

As Medical Director of the Longevity Hub in Dubai, you will serve as both the clinical lead and a practising physician, delivering cutting‑edge longevity and wellbeing programmes within a luxury setting. You will guide guests through personalized health journeys while overseeing all medical operations of the Hub.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily consultations, diagnose, and manage guests’ health across the four pillars of the CLP Longevity Method (Medical, Nutrition, Wellbeing, Movement).
• Develop, implement and continuously improve medical protocols and internal processes.
• Prescribe medication, therapies and specialised interventions aligned with prevention, maintenance and amplification strategies.
• Lead the Hub’s medical team, ensuring high standards of care, service excellence and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain relationships with local medical authorities and act as the designated medical authority for the Hub.
• Participate in strategic planning, budgeting and long‑term development of medical services.
• Represent the brand as an ambassador, promoting the Longevity Hub’s philosophy to guests and partners.

Required profile

• Qualified practising physician with a valid medical licence in the UAE.
• Demonstrated experience in clinical practice combined with leadership or operational management.
• Strong scientific background and interest in longevity, wellness and aesthetic medicine.
• Ability to communicate complex medical concepts to a high‑net‑worth clientele.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with regulatory bodies.
