Medical Insurance Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Medical Insurance Advisor to join our Dubai team. The successful candidate will use their own sales portfolio and our website leads to provide tailored medical insurance solutions to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized advice based on each customer’s medical insurance needs.
• Analyse client profiles and recommend appropriate policies, explaining premiums, coverage and terms.
• Generate quotations using insurance broker tools and manage the end‑to‑end sales process.
• Leverage an existing client portfolio while also converting website lead enquiries.
• Maintain accurate records and update all leads in the CRM system promptly.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships, offering post‑sale support and handling policy or claims queries.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, product offerings and regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in medical insurance sales.
• Established client portfolio is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools.
