Medical Insurance Underwriter

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Medical Insurance Underwriter to join our team in Dubai. You will be responsible for evaluating risks, preparing quotations, and managing both new and renewal medical insurance policies for corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate medical insurance quotes and comparative analyses for clients.
• Advise clients on suitable medical insurance plans and options.
• Negotiate policy terms, pricing, and benefits with insurers.
• Process new policies, renewals, endorsements, and manage group policy additions or deletions.
• Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and internal policies.
• Maintain strong relationships with insurers, TPAs, and corporate clients.
• Deliver client presentations and attend relevant meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience with a UAE insurance broker.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Hindi is a plus.
• Proven negotiation abilities and deadline‑driven work ethic.
