A healthcare organization in Dubai is looking for a professional, customer-focused Medical Receptionist to join its growing team. The role suits an organized person who enjoys working with patients and keeping a medical facility running smoothly. It is a full-time morning shift position.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome patients and provide professional front-desk assistance
• Schedule appointments, manage patient registrations and oversee check-in and check-out
• Answer phone calls, emails and patient questions promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate patient records and keep documentation up to date
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses and clinic staff for smooth daily operations
• Handle billing, payments and insurance-related administration
• Protect patient confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or Clinic Receptionist is preferred
• UAE healthcare or clinic experience is an advantage
• Good command of English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
• Strong organization and multitasking skills, professional appearance and a positive, customer-focused attitude
