Medical Representative

About the role

Julphar is seeking a motivated Medical Representative to promote its pharmaceutical products to healthcare providers across Dubai. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering therapeutic solutions that meet the needs of doctors, pharmacists, and other medical professionals while upholding the company’s reputation and ethical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage an assigned sales territory, meeting or exceeding sales targets within budget.
• Execute sales and marketing plans, including territory coverage, call frequency, and audio‑visual activities for healthcare providers.
• Maintain daily reports, customer profiles, and marketing feedback; submit regular reports to the direct manager.
• Stay updated on clinical data, present findings to health professionals, and monitor competitor activities.
• Utilise promotional tools and free medical samples to achieve targets and prospect new business opportunities.
• Coordinate customer‑centric activities and attend company meetings as instructed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or a related scientific field.
• Excellent communication, listening, and persuasive abilities.
• Ambitious, dynamic, team‑oriented with strong self‑motivation.
• Effective time and territory management skills.
• Positive mindset and willingness to learn.
