Medical Training Specialist

About the role

The Medical Training Specialist at Emirates Group designs and delivers medical training services that meet product, regulatory and quality specifications. You will support the Group Medical Training (GMT) objectives by applying specialist knowledge and leadership skills to empower a global workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging medical training using conventional and innovative adult‑learning methods.
• Ensure all training tasks are completed on time, meet quality standards and satisfy customer expectations.
• Monitor learner engagement during sessions and adapt approaches as needed.
• Collect and analyse learner feedback to recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with project leaders to create training products that meet specifications.
• Lead GMT projects such as Regulations and Compliance, Quality and Development, adhering to scope and budget.
• Maintain performance goals, assess productivity and contribute to departmental KPIs.
• Review regulations, conduct audits, document findings and support external audit processes.
• Develop guidelines, frameworks and strategies to align business activities with GMT objectives.

Required profile

• Degree or equivalent qualification.
