Menswear Team Leader – Dubai Mall

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Menswear Team Leader to drive sales, service excellence, and team development at our flagship store in Dubai Mall. You will lead a high‑performing sales team, ensure premium customer experiences, and uphold the brand’s visual and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coach, motivate and evaluate a team of sales associates, setting clear objectives and providing ongoing feedback.
• Develop and deliver weekly briefings to align sales strategy, product knowledge and customer service standards.
• Lead the sales floor, manage stock, CRM data and daily sales reporting.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and oversee inventory control for assigned product categories.
• Build and nurture relationships with high‑net‑worth clients, develop VIP programmes and attract new customers.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in luxury fashion retail, with a strong grasp of market trends.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or team‑lead role within the luxury sector.
• Proven ability to engage high‑net‑worth clientele and deliver consistent sales results.
• Professional appearance and adherence to brand grooming standards.
