MEP Manager – Infrastructure Projects

About the role

The MEP Manager will lead all mechanical, electrical and plumbing works on large‑scale infrastructure projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all MEP activities on infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, utilities, pumping stations, street lighting, drainage, sewerage and water networks.
• Coordinate MEP works with construction, engineering and client teams, as well as with utility authorities and consultants.
• Review drawings, technical submittals, method statements and project specifications.
• Monitor project progress, control budgets and ensure timely completion.
• Manage subcontractors and on‑site teams, ensuring compliance with quality, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Support testing, commissioning and handover activities.
• Participate in project meetings and provide regular progress updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in MEP infrastructure projects, preferably in the UAE/GCC region.
• Proven experience with roads, bridges, utilities, pumping stations, street lighting, drainage, sewerage and water networks.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, project management and local authority requirements.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
