MEP Project Manager – Dubai

About the role

Cycom Technical Services is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead HVAC and MEP works on residential and commercial projects in Dubai. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures projects meet local regulations, quality standards, and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute HVAC and MEP activities, maintaining schedules and budgets.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement and site teams to review drawings, specifications and submittals.
• Conduct site inspections, identify risks and implement corrective actions for safety and quality.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and authorities to resolve technical queries and secure approvals.
• Monitor compliance with Dubai Municipality, UAE building codes and HSE regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, especially HVAC in residential and commercial settings.
• Proven project management and budgeting experience delivering projects on time and within constraints.
• Familiarity with UAE construction standards, HSE procedures and quality control.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
