MEP Project Manager - Residential Projects

About the role

Burjline Builders is looking for experienced MEP Project Managers to oversee the execution and delivery of mid-to-high-rise residential projects. The role focuses on project execution, site management, team leadership, coordination and overall project delivery, rather than detailed design engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the execution of MEP works across mid-to-high-rise residential projects.
• Ensure delivery in line with approved designs, specifications, contractual requirements and project timelines.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and coordinate with engineering, construction, procurement and subcontractor teams.
• Manage project resources, manpower, materials and subcontractors.
• Identify and resolve site challenges, technical issues and project bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, clients and other stakeholders.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, quality standards and overall performance.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and project standards.
• Drive testing, commissioning and final handover.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience specifically in MEP project management; ideally 10-15 years overall, with 10-12 years considered for strong candidates.
• Proven experience managing mid-to-high-rise residential MEP projects.
• At least two MEP projects successfully delivered through final handover.
• Experience with large-scale scopes, including projects valued at AED 70 million or above.
