MEP Site Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced MEP Site Supervisor to lead the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works on construction and fit‑out projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves daily supervision, coordination with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with UAE safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all MEP activities on site.
• Monitor daily operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and adherence to project schedules.
• Review MEP drawings, specifications, and shop drawings before execution.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and other trades.
• Ensure installations comply with approved drawings, local authority regulations, and industry standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage site manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update management on project status.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
• Assist with testing, commissioning, inspections, and handover activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising MEP works on construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of UAE safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and specifications.
• Effective communication and coordination skills with diverse project teams.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality control and documentation.
