Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst – Dubai

About the role

EY‑Parthenon is seeking a motivated Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst to join its high‑performing team in Dubai. You will work closely with senior managers and partners to evaluate strategic fit, model financial outcomes, and drive deal execution for a diverse client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of M&A transactions across the client portfolio, including fund‑raising, acquisitions and disposals.
• Prepare client reports, presentations and key documentation for each deal stage.
• Manage transaction timetables, ensuring quality deliverables and meeting milestones.
• Engage with counterparties, advisers and internal teams to coordinate deal activities.
• Identify and manage key issues and risks, providing factual insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with junior colleagues, share knowledge and contribute to team development.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, professional services or boutique M&A environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related discipline from a reputable university.
• Strong problem‑solving ability, sound judgement and creativity in developing solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to prioritize shifting workloads in a fast‑changing industry.
