Minibar Attendant – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Minibar Attendant is expected to provide efficient, discreet and accurate minibar service to guest rooms while maintaining Fairmont luxury standards and maximizing guest satisfaction. The role supports a seamless guest experience by adhering to Fairmont policies, procedures, and brand standards while seeking revenue opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Replenish guest room minibars according to daily schedules and FIFO procedures.
• Check expiry dates, product presentation and cleanliness of minibar equipment.
• Record minibar consumption accurately and submit charges promptly.
• Report maintenance issues or damaged equipment and stock shortages.
• Maintain cleanliness of minibar storage and pantry areas.
• Respect guest privacy and follow hotel security procedures when entering rooms.
• Follow HACCP, hygiene and safety standards at all times.
• Promote a positive working relationship with all Fairmont Dubai colleagues.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of minibar experience in a luxury hotel.
• Excellent food & beverage knowledge, especially wine, spirits, liqueurs and cigars.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team‑player attitude.
• Willingness to learn, reliable and able to work flexible shifts.
