About the role

Our Mixologists and Baristas create memorable, unique beverage experiences for guests at JW Marriott Dubai. Beyond mixing drinks, they act as hosts, staying ahead of trends and delivering personalized service throughout the hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

Stay informed on new drink trends, micro‑local offerings, and evolving guest preferences.
Serve as the host of the bar space, taking ownership of overall guest service.
Maintain a flawless bar appearance and operation, ensuring high‑quality drinks.
Build relationships with hotel teams and the local community to anticipate guest needs.
Handle cash transactions accurately and provide relevant information to guests.
Follow safety protocols, company policies, and protect company assets.
Perform physical duties such as standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 lb, and reaching overhead.

Required profile

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
At least one year of related work experience in a bar or coffee service environment.
No supervisory experience required.
No specific license or certification required.
