The Mixologist delivers exceptional beverage experiences to guests across premium lounges and restaurants at Dubai International Airport and Dubai World Central, creating both classic and innovative drinks while maintaining a professional and positive atmosphere.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional beverage experiences to guests across premium lounges and restaurants at Dubai International Airport and Dubai World Central.
- Create and serve both classic and innovative drinks.
- Train and supervise bar service teams.
- Engage guests with product knowledge and address feedback promptly.
- Maintain a professional, calm and positive atmosphere.
- Oversee stock levels and implement cost control measures.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety and quality standards.
- Contribute to continuous staff development.
