ML Engineering Expert

About the role

We are looking for an ML Engineering Expert to design, build and operate AI‑native enterprise applications in Dubai. You will combine cloud‑native software engineering with production‑grade machine‑learning and agentic AI to deliver secure, scalable solutions embedded directly within customer environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and operate cloud‑native enterprise applications that integrate large language models, retrieval‑augmented generation and agent‑based workflows.
• Translate ambiguous business and operational requirements into robust, secure and maintainable architectures.
• Rapidly prototype, iterate and productionise solutions in customer environments, adapting reference architectures to real‑world constraints.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery from discovery and prototyping through deployment, observability and handover to operations teams.
• Apply AI‑assisted engineering practices, evaluation frameworks and architectural guardrails to ensure compliant and trustworthy solutions.
• Communicate technical approaches, trade‑offs and progress to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to engineering standards, reusable components and best‑practice documentation.

Required profile

• Extensive hands‑on experience in software and application engineering for cloud‑native, enterprise and SaaS environments.
• Proven ability to design and deliver AI‑native applications using large language models, RAG architectures, vector databases and agentic systems.
• Strong knowledge of scalability, security and reliability principles.
• Experience with data pipelines and MLOps practices.
