Mobile Crane Operator – Offshore Logistics

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Crane Operator to join our offshore logistics team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves operating a range of mobile equipment safely and efficiently in oil & gas environments.

Key responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, backhoe loaders, front loaders, excavators, tractors, manlifts and Bobcat skid steers.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and functional tests, ensuring compliance with inspection and servicing intervals.
• Assess load centre and balance before lifting, using a banksman/signaler when vision is obstructed.
• Warn personnel of load movements, identify hazards and ensure all safety systems are functional.
• Report maintenance needs promptly and follow manufacturer instructions.
• Use fire extinguishers and respond appropriately to emergencies.

Required profile

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent.
• Valid UAE Driving License – Category 8 / Heavy Tractor.
• Valid Banksman/Signaler certification as per ADNOC Training Matrix.
• Relevant competency/training certificates for each equipment type.
• At least 5 years of experience operating mobile equipment, with 3 years in oil & gas.
