About the role

Join Tesla’s Mobile Service team in Dubai as a Mobile Service Technician. You will travel to customer locations in a specially equipped vehicle, delivering on‑site repairs and maintenance for Tesla electric vehicles.

Key responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance using Tesla‑specific software.
• Manage parts inventory and schedule service appointments efficiently.
• Inspect vehicles before return to ensure they meet Tesla’s quality standards.
• Provide clear explanations and education to customers about vehicle features and service actions.
• Collaborate with local and regional teams to share best practices and improve service processes.

Required profile

• Professional experience in vehicle service, repair, or a related automotive field.
• Relevant certification allowing you to perform vehicle repairs.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Valid full driver’s licence held for a minimum period as required by local regulations.
