Mobility Client Service Specialist – Destination Services

About the role

HelpXpat Relocations is seeking an experienced Mobility Consultant to act as the primary point of contact for expatriate assignees and corporate HR throughout the relocation journey across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the Middle East. This desk‑based role focuses on delivering high‑quality Destination Services such as orientation, home search, school search and settling‑in support.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main account manager for assignees and stakeholders, conducting needs assessments and initiating the relocation process.
• Coordinate delivery of immigration, orientation, home search, school search, tenancy, handover, snagging and settling‑in services.
• Work closely with Field Consultants and external partners to arrange accompanied services.
• Track immigration and tenancy activities, ensuring milestones, documentation and timelines are met.
• Maintain accurate case records, service updates, costs, milestones and reports in the system.
• Identify and resolve potential issues, ensuring SLA, quality and compliance standards are consistently achieved.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in corporate relocation, Destination Services or Global Mobility.
• Proven ability to manage relocation cases from needs assessment through to settling‑in.
• Confident in dealing directly with corporate HR, mobility managers and relocating families.
• Strong knowledge of home search, school search, orientation, tenancy and settling‑in services.
• Highly organised, able to handle multiple cases, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client‑focused approach.
• Proactive, commercially aware and capable of solving complex problems independently.
