Modality Clinical Specialist – MR (UAE)

About the role

You will deliver high‑quality clinical education and training for new Magnetic Resonance (MR) systems and upgrades, while providing ongoing clinical support to customers across the UAE and the region. The role ensures safe, effective use of GE HealthCare MR technology, optimizing image quality and workflow efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site clinical education and training for GE HealthCare MR equipment.
• Prepare visits, report outcomes, debrief customers and capture satisfaction surveys.
• Escalate customer issues proactively within the organization.
• Deliver presentations and product demonstrations for MR solutions.
• Develop and present classroom training materials.
• Support industry events such as congresses, exhibitions, roadshows and user meetings.
• Provide remote education as backup for onsite sessions.
• Ensure compliance with EHS policies, applicable laws and internal quality standards.

Required profile

• Radiography degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of dedicated MR experience in a clinical environment.
• Proven teaching and presentation abilities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 80 % of working time.

Required skills

• Hands‑on expertise with Magnetic Resonance (MR) systems.
• Knowledge of GE HealthCare and competitor MR equipment.
• Ability to optimise MR image quality and workflow efficiency.
• Experience delivering clinical education and training (onsite and remote).
