Modern Trade Sales & Distribution Manager – F&B

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Modern Trade Sales & Distribution Manager to lead our Food & Beverages business across the UAE. The role focuses on driving revenue, expanding market share, and managing key retailer relationships within the modern trade channel.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve market share and revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and align sales plans with overall company objectives.
• Manage and nurture relationships with key modern‑trade accounts, overseeing terms, conditions, and promotional activities.
• Execute sales plans, monitor retailer performance, and take corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct market research, analyze sales data, and present detailed reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 7‑8 years of experience in the Food & Beverages sector in the UAE.
• Extensive experience with modern‑trade channels and a strong network within the UAE market.
• Proven ability to engage senior management and buying authorities of modern‑trade accounts.
