About the role

Property Finder is seeking an enthusiastic Mortgage Advisor to join its fast‑growing real‑estate technology team in Dubai. This entry‑level position offers a comprehensive training programme and the chance to work alongside seasoned mortgage brokers, delivering unbiased financing advice to home‑buyers and refinancers.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to online leads, providing a superior customer experience.
• Assess client needs and recommend the most suitable mortgage product for purchase or refinance.
• Collaborate with sales and business‑development teams to expand a network of real‑estate referral partners.
• Guide clients through the entire loan journey, from application to closing.
• Prospect new business by engaging with Property Finder’s extensive client database.

Required profile

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a direct‑to‑consumer role.
• Strong communication skills and a general understanding of the UAE real‑estate and financial‑services market.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
