Mortgage Advisor – Full‑time in Abu Dhabi

About the role

Mortgage PRO is looking for a motivated Mortgage Advisor to join its Abu Dhabi team. You will work across all Emirates, helping clients secure home financing with personalized advice and a smooth end‑to‑end experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert mortgage advice and present competitive mortgage solutions.
• Assist clients throughout the application process, from initial assessment to closing.
• Conduct thorough financial assessments of client profiles.
• Manage the complete mortgage lifecycle, ensuring compliance and timely execution.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets to drive business growth.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation and commitment to client satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid environment.
• Experience or knowledge of the UAE mortgage market is a plus.
• Relevant educational background such as a degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Fluency in English.
