Mortgage Consultant – Dubai

About the role

Grapevine Mortgages is seeking a motivated Mortgage Consultant to join its Dubai team. You will act as a bridge between clients, banks and other brokerage houses, delivering tailored financing solutions in a fast‑moving market.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with large‑scale brokerage houses to offer products from banks not on the company’s panel.
• Liaise with banks, lenders and financial institutions to negotiate terms and build strong partnerships.
• Generate new business opportunities and assess client financial profiles.
• Structure appropriate financing solutions and manage the full mortgage application process, including documentation and compliance.
• Advise clients on suitable mortgage products from UAE banks and keep them updated on application status.
• Stay current with UAE mortgage regulations, interest rates and market conditions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a mortgage broker in the UAE with a verifiable track record of closed deals.
• Strong existing relationships with UAE banks and lending institutions.
• Deep knowledge of UAE mortgage products, regulations and approval processes.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Valid UAE residency and right to work.
