Multi-Property Assistant Sales Manager - Leisure

About the role

The Multi-Property Assistant Sales Manager – Leisure supports the sales and marketing team across multiple Aloft hotel properties in Dubai, focusing on guest satisfaction, revenue generation and brand promotion.

Key responsibilities

• Handle guest calls, requests and problems by coordinating with relevant departments such as Sales, Data Administration and Accounting.
• Apply sales techniques to maximise revenue while maintaining guest loyalty, including up‑selling and offering complimentary rewards.
• Process reservation requests, changes and cancellations received via phone, fax or mail, and enter Marriott Rewards information into the appropriate system.
• Answer, record and resolve guest inquiries, and perform general office duties (filing, emailing, typing, faxing) to support the Sales & Marketing department.
• Assist management in training and motivating staff, uphold company policies, maintain professional appearance and protect confidential information.
• Promote the brand internally and externally, and ensure high standards of guest service and communication.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in sales, hospitality or customer service.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to lift objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
