Multi Property Director of Revenue Management

About the role

The Multi‑Property Director of Revenue Management will lead inventory, pricing and forecasting activities across JW Marriott Marquis Dubai and its associated properties. Reporting to senior hotel leadership, you will shape revenue strategy to maximise profitability while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management and pricing for multiple hotel properties.
• Analyse demand patterns, market trends and competitive set data.
• Develop and implement revenue optimisation strategies and sales plans.
• Monitor and adjust forecasting models to reflect real‑time market changes.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and operations teams to align revenue goals.
• Prepare regular performance reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in revenue management within the hospitality sector, preferably on a multi‑property portfolio.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Leadership skills to guide and develop a revenue team.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
