Multi Property Engineering Coordinator

About the role

The Multi Property Engineering Coordinator supports the engineering and facilities teams across Sheraton hotels in Dubai. You will act as the liaison between maintenance, guest services and other departments to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and smooth operation of hotel assets.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance requests via telecommunications devices and place rooms out of order when needed.
• Schedule and manage major system shutdowns, repairs or improvements with relevant departments.
• Maintain purchase‑order logs, verify packing slips and ensure accurate filing after payment.
• Follow all company safety, security and environmental policies; report hazards, accidents and store flammable materials safely.
• Provide professional guest interaction, assist guests with disabilities and uphold Sheraton service standards.
• Communicate clearly by phone and written documents, and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues.
• Visually inspect tools and equipment, handle objects up to 10 lb, read printed information and use computer or POS systems for data entry.
• Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant engineering or facilities experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
