Multi Property Sales Manager – Leisure Travel

About the role

This multi‑property position covers The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort and Al Wathba, a Luxury Collection Desert Resort & Spa, both in Abu Dhabi. The manager is accountable for the leisure and wholesale segment of the assigned hotels, driving strategy, building relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute leisure segment strategies, action plans and sales trips for new and existing accounts.
• Manage day‑to‑day sales activities, including site inspections, familiarisation trips, webinars and client entertainment.
• Attend domestic and international leisure trade shows, conferences and industry events on behalf of the properties.
• Identify and acquire new prospect accounts, maintain rate parity across wholesale channels and monitor segment performance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, marketing and revenue teams to ensure alignment with overall hotel strategy.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and an additional EU language (e.g., French, Spanish, Italian).
• Minimum two years’ experience as a Sales Manager – Leisure Travel within luxury 5‑star hotel chains.
• Established network and deep knowledge of the leisure/wholesale market, preferably in the Middle East/UAE.
• Proven ability to prospect, develop business and exceed sales targets.
