Multilingual Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for a multilingual Business Development Executive to expand our global presence across key language markets. Based in Dubai, you will leverage your native language expertise to engage with investors, partners, and clients, driving growth for our Real‑World Asset tokenisation platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand market reach within your assigned language region, identifying and securing new clients and strategic partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, industry communities, and institutional partners; lead negotiations through to deal closure.
• Represent the company at industry exhibitions, business forums, and networking events to strengthen brand visibility.
• Localise business materials and conduct all regional communications with cultural and linguistic accuracy.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and partnership progress; provide regular updates and strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Native fluency (verbal and written) in one of the following: Russian, Turkish, Arabic, or French.
• Working proficiency in English for internal coordination.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency, blockchain, RWA, or fintech sectors; existing industry network is a strong advantage.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, client relations, community growth, or partnership management.
• Currently based in Dubai or able to relocate promptly.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, strong communicator with a commitment to long‑term international growth.
