Multilingual Property Consultant (Commission Based)

About the role

The Property Consultant will work full‑time on‑site in Dubai, helping international clients from Spanish, French, German, Arabic, Russian, Turkish, Dutch, Romanian or Chinese backgrounds find, evaluate and acquire residential or commercial properties. The role is commission‑based, rewarding successful transactions and strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with multilingual clients to understand their property requirements and investment goals.
• Provide market analysis, property recommendations and pricing advice tailored to each client.
• Guide clients through the entire sales or leasing process, from viewings to contract signing.
• Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring compliance with Dubai real‑estate regulations.
• Maintain a high level of customer service to build trust and generate repeat business.

Required profile

• Proven experience in real‑estate sales or consulting with a strong track record of closed deals.
• Fluency in English and at least one of the listed languages (Spanish, French, German, Arabic, Russian, Turkish, Dutch, Romanian, Chinese).
• Self‑motivated, goal‑driven and able to work independently.
• Good knowledge of Dubai’s property market is a distinct advantage.
