About the role

Join Metropolitan Capital Real Estate as a Real Estate Agent focused on serving European‑speaking clients in Abu Dhabi. You will guide buyers, sellers, and investors through the local property market, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to transaction.

Key responsibilities

• Assist European‑language clients with buying, selling, and investing in residential and commercial properties.
• Provide expert advice on luxury listings, market trends, and investment opportunities, including Golden Visa eligibility.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate terms, and manage the full transaction process.
• Stay updated on UAE property laws, regulatory changes, and emerging market developments.
• Implement targeted marketing strategies to promote listings to European audiences.
• Collaborate with developers, legal teams, and internal colleagues to optimize client satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Fluency in one or more European languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian) with strong English communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market and key neighborhoods.
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and customer‑service abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• UAE driving licence and access to transportation are a plus; a valid UAE real‑estate licence is an advantage.
