Multiple Engineering Positions – Construction Roles

About the role

Skyline Contracting Co. L.L.C. is expanding its team in Dubai and is looking for experienced engineering professionals to fill four key construction roles. The positions involve managing and delivering building projects while ensuring quality, safety and effective coordination with all project stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute duties specific to the assigned position, such as overseeing construction activities or conducting surveys.
• Coordinate daily with consultants, subcontractors and site teams to maintain smooth project execution.
• Monitor progress, enforce quality and safety standards, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation and regular project updates for management.
• Resolve technical and operational issues in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Surveying or a related field.
• Relevant experience in building and construction projects, preferably within the UAE.
• Strong technical knowledge pertinent to the specific role and solid understanding of construction project execution.
• Excellent coordination abilities with consultants, subcontractors and site teams, and effective communication and reporting skills.
• Immediate availability is highly valued.
