Multiple Engineering Roles – Interior Fit‑Out (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

Brava Casa is expanding its technical workforce in Abu Dhabi and is looking for qualified professionals to fill four interior fit‑out engineering positions: Project Manager, Site Engineer, Procurement Engineer and Joinery Draftsman. These roles support high‑end commercial and residential fit‑out projects across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee interior fit‑out project workflows from design to completion, ensuring adherence to drawings and timelines.
• Coordinate daily activities between site teams, design consultants, material vendors and subcontractors.
• Track project milestones, quality standards, health‑and‑safety compliance and budget controls.
• Prepare technical submittals, joinery shop drawings, purchase orders and progress reports specific to each role.
• Resolve site execution challenges to meet delivery deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Architectural, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in the UAE interior fit‑out and joinery sector.
• Ability to join projects quickly and work on multiple disciplines.
