Multiple Hospitality & Support Roles in Dubai (Restaurant Manager, Receptionist, etc.)

About the role

We are expanding our hospitality group in Business Bay and are looking for energetic individuals to fill several positions, including Restaurant Manager, Receptionist, Sales Representative, Warehouse Keeper, Driver, Security Guard and Administrative Officer. The roles are essential to keep our restaurants, hotels and offices running smoothly and to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Restaurant Manager – oversee daily operations, manage staff schedules, handle guest feedback and maintain service standards.
• Receptionist – greet guests, manage check‑ins, answer calls, handle bookings and resolve occasional issues.
• Sales Representative – develop relationships with corporate clients, drive event bookings and meet sales targets.
• Warehouse Keeper – track inventory, coordinate deliveries and keep the stockroom organized.
• Driver – transport guests and staff safely, maintain vehicle logs and navigate Dubai traffic.
• Security Guard – monitor premises, control access, respond to incidents and ensure safety.
• Administrative Officer – perform admin tasks, support management and process paperwork.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in the specific field (hospitality background preferred).
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
• Valid UAE driver’s licence for driving roles and security certification for guard positions.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude and team‑first mindset.
